Good beer. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the good beer and weather. Good venue to meet and catch up with friends. Recently returned to visit with friends for a meal and catch up. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Food was good value for money and tasty. Served quickly. Would recommend and return.

Visited here on a Sunday lunchtime. Party of 7 adults and 4 kids for a birthday meal. I brought along a birthday cake and asked the staff if they would deliver it to the table after our meal, which they duly did...and sang happy birthday The meal was fantastic, as each of us said. I had lamb and it was the best I've ever had and there was loads of it. There was plenty of side plates too. Very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity (don't go putting your prices up now ) and highly recommended. I will definitely be returning

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Risley Park, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of fantastic. Both the roast dinner and the Cajun chicken meal were highlights, each prepared to perfection with high-quality ingredients. The lunchtime menu offers great value for money, delivering high-quality food at reasonable prices. I can't fault our experience at all. Very nice and cozy place. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, pleasant staff. Good menu and to be fare a lot to choose from. Big portions and my fish pie was delicious. Bottomless salads with a la carte menu and if I would know that before I came I wouldn’t even order the starter as the main meal was huge. Not cheap but worth it. Very good experience, would definitely recommend and visit again when passing by.

We had our wedding reception here at The Risley Park in their function room on the side of the building. Couldn’t have asked for a better reception, it was exactly what we wanted. From the beginning when we were enquiring, all the way through - Joe and her team were absolutely amazing, always on the other end of an email or phone for any questions and honestly she made it so stress free. Everything was so flexible (timings etc) that made it so easy to suit around how we wanted the day/night to go, which made for a lot more child friendly party too, other places we’d enquired with weren’t so flexible. We also had a buffet, which was amazing, such a good variety of food out, and the DJ was brilliant :) The park rooms (function room) is perfect for so many events, such a good size room with its own bar, a lot of my guests commented on what a great place it was to have a function as it’s such a lovely room, especially when it’s all been done up :) we will definitely be holding other events here! Honestly just so pleased we decided to go here for our reception. Thank you to all the staff at the Risley park!! We will be back soon xx

Delicious food and really good value on the early diner menu, which is available on Saturday lunch. Lovely restaurant room, but service was a little slow. We will be back again.

Absolutely lovely food! Very diverse menu and they are happy to adapt! Excellent portion sizes especially as they bring sharing veg, chops etc for the table! returned again; disappointed the menu hadn't changed much but food still lovely

Had a delicous meal here with my besties. It has a great outdoor setting and seating. Inside the decor is lovely and liked the semi circular seating in parts of the restaurant. Darling, the manager and his staff could not do enough for us. The service and attention were excellent. The food was delicous the infamous steak pie was as good as we were told and the chicken Diane left you wanting more. Good selection of wines too. Will definitely come here again.
